I would just like to publicly thank Søren Svagin of Radio Jazz for interviewing me a couple of Mondays ago (28th of January).
The focus of the interview was my involvement in the Grammy nominated soundtrack to Woody Allen’s Oscar winning film Midnight in Paris. The selection I contributed was from my Gypsy Jazz CD Swing 41 which is still available on CD, or via iTunes.
I was also able though to talk about my love of Bebop, my original compositions, performed by my quartet 2econd Nature. My New CD Jazzy Shorts and my involvement in the superb Bop Quintet Bop Soup Featuring Bert Boeren on trombone, Marko Martinovic on Piano, Simon Thorsen on Tenor and my good friend and long time colleague Mikkel Find on Drums. That Quintet will be playing in Copenhagen between the 16th and 20th of April 2013. Watch this website for more details.
